The property’s landscape contains several small, well-maintained gardens of hosta, myrtles and other shade-loving flora, and includes several herbs our guests can pick from and a garden pond to enjoy.   Fauna such as white-tail deer, turkey, ruffled grouse, rabbits, and songbirds are also common visitors to the peaceful landscape.

This escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life is conveniently located less than three miles from Watkins Glen International and the Gorge, about 15 minutes from the Farm Sanctuary and makes a great end to a day on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.
